Reflections of Giverny I
Reflections of Giverny I
I learned a new condition or syndrome yesterday…..It is the Stendhal syndrome and defined by having a visceral, intense reaction to a work of art. I consider Monet’s garden one of his artistic achievements. As a result, tears came to my eyes as I walked the grounds and toured his home. I’ll never forget that feeling.
Every turn in the iconic garden at Giverny is a discovery. I especially enjoyed the waterlillies that are almost hidden from view. This is classic Monet for me.
12"x12" size ideal for any space, but especially ideal for gallery walls. This work is on a cradled panel with the edge painted gold. Suitable for diplaying without a frame or you can certainly add a frame of your choice. I think floater frames are a great solution if you go that route.
Acrylic medium ensures a vivid and durable finish for long-lasting enjoyment.
Transform your living space into a serene retreat with this enchanting depiction of nature's beauty. Ideal for art lovers and those who appreciate the tranquility of Monet's work. I know I do!
Shipping in the USA is included in the price. If you are within a reasonable distance, I can deliver.
